Fired for 7 days and cooled for two weeks in an Anagama kiln, this one has soft tones of the earth. It is covered in carvings both on black underglaze and the raw clay. The flames just brushed this piece enough to toast the edges and create accents especially on the signature spiral eye. Dance and sway as the you can feel the earth’s movement being both fluid and grounding all at once.
